We have established a highly connected PRO Community.  The point is personal developmental relationships for the inclusion of businesses and folks who need some help.  We develop when we are exposed to mentorship; a guide having more experience and procedural knowledge helping a less experienced person.  The guiding mentors may be younger or older, but have a certain area of expertise.
